Sandy Paws operates with straightforward principles. We care for your dog as if it were our own, and we expect the same consideration in return.

When you enroll your dog with us, you're agreeing to our care standards and policies. We maintain clear communication about what we offer and what we need from you. Your dog's safety and happiness depend on honest information about their behavior, health, and needs.

Payment is due as agreed upon enrollment. We accept standard methods and offer flexibility where possible. Cancellations require notice, and we'll work with you on scheduling changes.

Our staff is trained to handle dogs with patience and skill. We separate dogs when necessary, provide breaks when needed, and never force interaction. If your dog shows signs of stress or aggression, we'll discuss adjustments to their care plan.

You retain full responsibility for your dog while in our care. We do our best, but accidents happen. We carry insurance and maintain safety protocols, yet we cannot guarantee against all incidents. We ask that you understand the inherent risks of group dog care and trust us to manage them responsibly.
